This initiative consolidates what were previously multiple, separate processes—including health declarations, customs forms, and immigration information—into a single, efficient online form.
Prior to this new system, a traveler’s journey into Indonesia involved navigating various digital forms, such as the SATUSEHAT Health Pass (for health declarations) and the e-CD Customs Declaration. The “All Indonesia” portal now combines these crucial steps into one unified platform, accessible via the official government website: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/. The portal is designed to save you time and hassle upon arrival, allowing you to complete all necessary declarations in a single sitting.
You can complete the “All Indonesia” form up to three days (or 72 hours) before your scheduled arrival. The government reports that the process takes, on average, just 2.5 minutes to complete. Once you have submitted all your details, the system will generate a unique QR code, which will be sent to your registered email address. This single QR code serves as your consolidated digital pass, which you will present to immigration and customs officers upon arrival at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport.

It’s crucial to understand that the “All Indonesia” portal is a mandatory digital entry declaration, but it does not replace the requirement for a valid visa. For most tourists, a Visa on Arrival (VoA) is still necessary. You can either apply for an electronic VoA (e-VOA) in advance through the official Indonesian e-Visa website or purchase a VoA at the airport upon arrival. For a faster process and to use the new e-gates (autogates) at the airport, it is highly recommended to obtain an e-VOA beforehand.
Another important requirement for all international tourists visiting Bali is the one-time tourist levy of IDR 150,000 (approximately $10 USD). This fee, which is separate from your visa, is used to help preserve the island’s unique culture and environment.
